Clarion Concert’s Leaf Peeper Series is presented each fall in Columbia County and the Berkshires. Founded by the late musicologist and conductor, Newell Jenkins and his partner, Jack Hurley, Clarion is the oldest classical music organization in Columbia County, New York. Eugenia Zukerman became the third Artistic Director of Clarion Concerts in 2014 and has continued to grow the series. She spoke with us about their current season, and about her forthcoming book, a lyrical memoir called Like Falling Through a Cloud.
