Healthy Habits for Life provides resources for adults to encourage children – with the help of their friends Elmo, Telly, and Rosita - to explore ways to eat and drink so that they can play, learn, and grow up healthy. Resources include:

- Child Care Resource Guide A resource created to support the child care community in helping young children establish an early foundation of healthy habits. A 100-page guide includes strategies and hands-on activities that can easily integrate into the daily routines of formal and informal child care programs and is available as a free download from the online toolkit
