In conjunction with Poughkeepsie Library’s Big Read, the Hudson Valley Philharmonic presents Music from the Silk Road. One of the members of Yo Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble, Kinan Azmeh, performs his own music, plus works with Eastern influences by Bela Bartok and Igor Stravinsky and more.
