The Albany Symphony begins their 2019-2020 season with their customary and fascinating blend of new works and old favorites, including Valerie Coleman’s Phenomenal Women, the music of Leonard Bernstein and Modest Mussorgsky’s great Pictures at an Exhibition. There is also an Exhibition of Pictures by photographer and principal trumpet for the Albany Symphony, Eric Berlin, who spoke with us about the events.
