Are you caring for both an older relative and your own children?  If so, you’re part of the “sandwich generation”.  Some 20 million Americans find themselves squeezed by these demands.  These caregivers are at risk for stress, depression and other health problems. She is also able to speak on the entire continuum of Eddy and St. Peter’s Health Partners services that are available for people in that situation.

Maureen Hopkins is the General Manager of Home Instead Senior Care.  Home Instead Senior Care has been helping families in Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties since 2000 by offer services that enable many seniors to remain and live independently in their home.

Clare Colamaria is the Founder/ President and CEO of A Senior’s Choice, a local organization that works hand in hand with families to help them make tough decisions when it comes to eldercare living transitions, or in securing a safe environment at home.
