Composer Robert Paterson Talks About the Mostly Modern Festival

There’s a brand new music festival launching this summer—the Mostly Modern Festival. Eight concerts over the course of 10 days at the Zankel Music Center on the campus of Skidmore College in Saratoga. The brainchild of composer Robert Paterson – a native of Buffalo – and violinist Victoria Paterson, a husband-and-wife duo who are a very active part of New York’s new music community. We spoke with Robert Paterson about this exciting new festival.
