Fitness Through the Ages Keeping active is part of a healthy lifestyle. However, as we age, our bodies change and we need to adjust our fitness goals. We'll examine fitness through the ages; find out what types of workouts are best for you and how much exercise you really need to stay in shape, whether you're 40, 50 or over 60.
