On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, the guns fell silent on the battlefields of the war to end all wars. Unfortunately, World War I did not end all wars. We use the date, however, to honor all veterans for their service to our nation.
Albany celebrated veterans with a parade on November 12th. While I was there, I spoke with Kevin Hicks of the Tri-County Council of Vietnam Era Veterans.
