collective movie memories with a new 60 minute documentary on the history of the
movie theatres of Albany, Schenectady, and Troy.
Local
celebrities, historians and regular folks share their fond memories of "moviegoing" at
our grand movie palaces, neighborhood theaters and drive-ins, from the end
of the silent film era, the golden days of the movie palaces, the light hearted
musicals of the depression years, the morale films of the war years and the
heydays of our neighborhood theaters and drive ins.
