Horses: Saratoga Style documents the YMCA of Saratoga and the Saratoga County Arts Council quest to add drama, whimsy and creativity to city streets with a herd of artistically enhanced horse sculptures. WMHT has tracked (no pun intended) several horses' progress in the hands of local artists who developed themes to bring each one to life.
