The latest guidelines from the U.S. government recommend 30 to 90 minutes of exercise a day. Let's face it, we all know we 'need' to exercise, but many of us can't seem to find the time to fit into our busy lives. Casey Bernstein Casey Bernstein is a register nurse with 13 years of varied experience. Her philosophy revolved around wellness of the individual to move (dance) to their highest potential of wellness. Casey is a Nia Black Belt (4th level), Nia teacher trainer. She has been teaching Nia since 1990. She created The Center for Nia & Yoga in downtown Albany in 1993 with the intent to create an aesthetic environment and sacred space fitting for Nia and other related movement forms and artistic expressions.
