Martha Lepow, M.D.
Pediatric Infectious Disease Specialist, Albany Medical College. In her 25 years at Albany Medical Center, she has served as acting chair, vice chair, and chair of the department of pediatrics. She has been active in numerous scientific societies, national committees and commissions. Dr. Lepow also has served on the professional advisory board and medical advisory committee of the Center for the Disabled; the board of trustees of the Albany College of Pharmacy; and the board of directors of the Whitney Young Health Center. She was recently presented the Dr. James M. Bell Humanitarian Award by the Parsons Child and Family Center in recognition of her outstanding long-term commitment to children and families throughout the Capital Region. She is an expert in infectious diseases and a strong advocate of childhood immunizations. Dr. Lepow received her B.A. from Oberlin College and her M.D. from Western Reserve University. Both of those institutions are in Ohio.

Alan M. Sanders, M.D.
Alan has a private practice specializing in infectious disease located in Albany. Dr. Sanders is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Albany Medical College.

Richard Propp, M.D
Medical Director, Patient Safety Center New York State Department of Health Clinical input into new patient safety projects and issues. Develop a collaborative statewide patient safety committee. Continue the New York State Upper Respiratory Infection Project and the New York Region Otitis Project. Help develop March 2003 statewide conference on antibiotic resistance in New York City, “Teaching Judicious Use of Antibiotics.”
