Childhood Obesity

Childhood obesity is one of the most serious public health challenges of the 21st century. Experts estimate one in five children between the ages of six and 17 are overweight. For kids, the physical and psychological effects of carrying too much weight are long-lasting and may shorten their life. We'll examine what you can do to help your child win the battle against obesity.
