Susann Getsch, PhD
Susann Getsch is the parent of twins who have food sensitivities and are on a gluten and casein free diet. She is the founder of the Saratoga County Food Allergy Support Group.
Ric Orlando is Owner/Chef of New World Home Cooking Co. and New World Catering, in Saugerties-Woodstock, NY. Ric is also the Chef and Management Consultant at the New World Bistro Bar located in Albany, NY. He knows firsthand the challenges of cooking for those with food allergies as one of his sons is allergic to dairy, his daughter has a nut allergy and his wife is gluten-free.
