Peggy Keigley is the Director of The Center for Smoking Cessation at Seton Health which covers an eight-county region including Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Green, Columbia, Schoharie, Otsego and Delaware Counties.  Ms. Keigley has a master’s degree in psychology and she maintained a counseling practice specializing in treating smoking cessation and addiction recovery issues.  Previously, Ms. Keigley was the Coordinator for the Tobacco Dependence Program for Glens Falls Hospital.  She is author of the near best seller, Quit & Win the War of Cigarette Withdrawal.
