Update: Reception Issues Resolved for Poughkeepsie Area Cable Viewers
Recently, WMHT became aware that cable viewers in the Poughkeepsie area have not been able to view WMHT TV. The WMHT signal, which Poughkeepsie area cable operators provide to the mid-Hudson valley, originates from a low power transmitter that is run by Dutchess Community College. This transmitter, which was rated at 1000 watts, is broken and replacement parts are very difficult to find.
WMHT staff have partnered with the college staff to resolve this issue and service to cable viewers has resumed as of Friday, September 19. If you are still experiencing a loss of visuals or audio then please contact your cable service provider directly.
