After twelve years of restoration projects, the Capitol is once again the shining jewel of the Empire State. This film documents the final chapters in the story of the restoration of the New York State Capitol - a national historic landmark and one of the state's most iconic structures. Witness the results of efforts to restore the massive skylights and laylights above the Assembly and Senate staircases; the completion of the magnificent slate and red terra cotta roof; Tower Hall; and the reopening of the Hall of Governors.
