The Best of the 60s, 70s and 80s

Celebrating
the 60th Birthday of Yo-Yo Ma,
the 70th Birthday of Itzhak Perlman
the 80th birthday of the late Luciano Pavarotti

Thank you to over 600 listeners who helped exceed our fundraising goal by contributing over $66,000 in support of WMHT-FM!

We sometimes hear so-called “oldies radio stations” talk about playing the best of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Well, WMHT is going to take a unique approach to this theme as we celebrate the 60th birthday of Yo-Yo Ma, the 70th birthday of Itzhak Perlman and what would have been the 80th birthday of Luciano Pavarotti. We’re showcasing landmark musical achievements from each of these revolutionary artists during our Fall Fundraising Campaign.

Please join in the celebration by making your contribution. Thank you.
