Capitaland Quarterly's 'Dozen Who Make a Difference''Capitaland Quarterly' offers an in-depth look at issues related to business, employment, development and living in New York's Capital Region. A joint project of WMHT and the Times Union, 'Capitaland Quarterly' consists of both a quarterly magazine published by the Times Union, as well as a corresponding television program produced by WMHT. The most recent edition of 'Capitaland Quarterly' aired on WMHT on Thursday, January 14, 2010, and featured CQ's 'Dozen Who Make a Difference,' this year's group of outstanding community leaders. A group chosen from the honorees discussed:
