About WMHT Educational Services
WMHT works in cooperation with the eight other public television stations in New York State, the New York State Education Department, and local and regional partners such as the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), teacher centers and regional school support centers. Guidance and counsel is provided by WMHT’s Learning Services Advisory Committee, whose membership is made up of teachers, educational consultants, and other professionals working in the field.

Can Homework Hotline Help Your Students?
Homework Hotline is a live educational television show that airs Mon.-Thurs. at 5:30 p.m. on WMHT-TV. Students in grades 4-12 can Dial-a-Teacher for help by calling 1-888-986-2345 on those same days from 4-7 p.m. Questions in math, science, social studies, English and language arts welcomed.
TED Talks Education
WMHT is proud to be part of the TED Talks Education outreach initiative that highlights and celebrates the efforts of successful local educators, organizations, community partnerships and/or unique educational assets.
