ITVS Community Classroom Resources 

What is Democracy? The  Vote Democracy!  Classroom Collection has film modules, standards-based lesson plans, and activities to explore democracy abroad, elections, gender, and media literacy for high school and college students. 

Putting a human face on controversial immigration policy, Sentenced Home follows three young Cambodian Americans through the deportation process. Engage high school and college students in discussions about citizenship issues, crime and punishment, immigration history and reform, deportation and cultural assimilation. 

The Homestretch follows three youths experiencing homelessness as they fight to stay in school, graduate, and build a better future. Designed for youth ages 14 – 21 who want to help others, educators, parents, community leaders and others who wish to support youth who want to take action.
