Narrated by Tom BrokawThe Passions and Politics of Ed Edelman: An Untold Story of Leadership is the inspirational story of the life and career of Edmund D. Edelman. A political visionary, Edelman's courage and humanity transformed the fabric of life in Southern California. Hailed as a leader who bridged political divides and transcended ideological differences, he provided a hopeful alternative to the current politics of polarization and stalemate.

Through archival footage and interviews with luminaries such as Michael Dukakis, Frank Gehry, Peter Sellars and historian, Kevin Starr, The Passions and Politics of Ed Edelman provides a unique lens for viewing the political and community life of one of America's great cities - Los Angeles -- from the sixties to the present day.
