The Troy Chromatic Concert Series continues their 120th Anniversary Season on Sunday afternoon, March 19, 2017 with a recital by a performer called 'one of the last pianists in the grand romantic tradition of Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Rubinstein.' Barbara Nissman in recital at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. One reviewer said about her 'I have trouble articulating the difference between Nissman and other pianists. She seems willing to go over the cliff, hand in hand with the composer.' Nissman spoke to us about the recital and her relationship to the music.
