American Graduate Youth Voices

WMHT is working collaboratively with community partners to engage youth and highlight their perspectives about the high school dropout crisis and the action needed to support student success.

Capital Region Youth Voices

WMHT, PBS and the Adobe Foundation have launched Capital Region Youth Voices, a youth media project designed to encourage middle and high school students to use digital media tools to create compelling stories about issues and concerns of importance.

Featured Intern:

J. Paris Colon, Fall 2012 intern at WMHT through the Albany High School Career Exploration Program conducted an interview with fellow Albany High School Intern, Emory Gray wherein he asked Emory about his aspirations, views, personal beliefs, and significant times in his life. Emory, whose career goal is to become a broadcaster, edited the interview as part of the work he did during his internship experience.
